It is still dark as Wilbur Alexander pulls the drawstrings of his hoodie tightly around his face and stuffs his hands into its pockets to avoid the morning cold. Alexander leaves his apartment in centric Koreatown in Los Angeles just before 5:00 am to catch his first subway as he begins his journey to work.
